All prices are listed in U.S. dollars. We accept major credit cards and other secure payment methods offered at checkout. Orders are processed in the order received. Custom and personalized items require full payment at the time of order and will not enter production until payment clears.
We ship within the United States from our home base in Colorado. Processing times vary depending on whether your item is ready-to-ship or custom made (each listing includes details). Once shipped, transit times are determined by the carrier. We are not responsible for carrier delays, lost packages, or delivery errors once the order leaves our hands—but we’ll do our best to assist with claims when possible.
