Return & Refund Policy – Because Sometimes the Sparkle Fades


We get it — sometimes things don’t turn out quite as expected. Don’t panic! Our return and refund policy is here to help you find the best resolution with kindness, clarity, and maybe a sprinkle of glitter.


1. Eligibility

You may request a return or refund within:
- 14 days of receipt for items purchased January 1 – October 31
- By January 31 for items purchased November 1 – December 31 (because, let’s be honest, holiday chaos happens)

Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resaleable condition.

2. Custom & Personalized Orders

Custom orders without personalization can be returned under the same timeframes listed above. However, we may deduct a customization fee if the item cannot be resold. For items that have been personalized all sales are final.

3. Non-Returnable Situations

We can’t accept returns for:
- Items damaged due to misuse or neglect
- Items altered by the customer after delivery
- Digital downloads (if applicable)

4. Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We’ll work our magic to make it right—replacement, repair, or refund depending on the situation.

5. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

6. How to Request a Return

Email us at [email protected] with:
- Order number
- Ite m name
- Reason for return
- Photos (if applicable)

We’ll respond with instructions for sending your item back. Please do not ship items without prior approval; unapproved returns may be refused.
